1. Shake well before use.
   使用前充分摇匀。
2. Hold the spray 20cm away from your skin.
   将喷头距离皮肤 20cm。
3. Spray evenly on exposed skin, then pat gently to blend.
   对着暴露在外的皮肤均匀喷洒，轻轻拍打至吸收。
4. Reapply every 2 hours when outdoors or after swimming/sweating.
   户外长时间活动或游泳 / 出汗后，建议每 2 小时补喷一次。
5. Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure for better protection.
   建议出门前 15 分钟喷涂，成膜后防护效果更佳。
